Purchase a license for AlfaDiag

After the purchase payment has been processed you will receive an email providing you with a username and password to login to the license manager via the Support page.

Note: Email is not a reliable communication mechanism. Anti spam filters and email server restrictions can prevent an email from being delivered to your email account. Your email server may even block responses  to your questions submitted via the support page.

When you have logged in you may download the latest AlfaDiag release. After you have installed the software you can login to the License Manager and generate an activation code for your machine.

The following are restrictions of the license:
  1. AlfaDiag is licensed per machine.
  2. The licensing restricts the application use to a single PC/Laptop.
  3. The license is locked to the unique hardware fingerprint of the PC/Laptop.
  4. Changes to the harware will invalidate the license.
  5. Before modifying your machine simply generate a removal code for the license which can be used to reactivate the license after the hardware change.
  6. The license can be transfered from PC/Laptop to another PC/Laptop as many time as you like via the license manager. A valid removal code must be available to perform this transfer.
  7. A license may not be transfered to another user. Either free or for a fee, no support for licenses transfered in this way will be provided.
AlfaDiag you have 30 Days from the date that you received your activation key to request a full refund of your money. This refund can be requested via the license manager.
